AndTaxi — Ride-Hailing Platform
AndTaxi is a complete ride-hailing platform built for the Principality of Andorra, connecting passengers with local taxi drivers through a reliable, modern mobile experience.
I worked on the passenger and driver applications, backend services, admin dashboard, and multilingual marketing website. The platform supports ride booking, real-time location tracking, driver onboarding, fare management, ride history, ratings, support tickets, notifications, and secure authentication.
A major focus was creating a dependable experience for both passengers and drivers. The system includes real-time communication, push notifications, WebRTC voice calling, driver availability management, payment integration, and administrative tools for managing users, rides, municipalities, fares, vehicles, and support requests.
The project was built using React Native with Expo, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Firebase, Socket.IO, Stripe, WebRTC, and Next.js. The marketing website supports English and Spanish, with responsive layouts, SEO optimization, legal pages, and GDPR-conscious cookie handling.
AndTaxi demonstrates my experience building scalable, production-focused products across mobile, backend, administration, and web—from the initial user experience through to real-time infrastructure and operational tooling.
